The Senior Citizens Program provides assistance to Deaf and Hard of Hearing older adults of Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee counties of Michigan. Because CAC receives Older Americans Act funds and is supported by Valley Area Agency on Aging, services are free to any deaf of deafened person over 60, although donations are welcome. Additionally, the United Way of Genesee county supports the Outreach Program which enables supportive services to the most frail older adults at their residence(s). The program includes:
