Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CACDHH or CAC) is a private, registered non-profit United Way agency that has been providing services and support for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people for over 40 years. CAC was one of the 1st such service agencies to be established within the United States.
Located in Flint, Michigan on the same grounds with the home of the Michigan School for the Deaf and Blind, CAC provides multiple programs and services for all age groups in the community, around the region and the U.S. as a whole.
Programs and services at CAC are guided by the value we place on dignity, respect and opportunity in all aspects of our operations. Our vision is to unify the Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons with the Hearing community through the provision of culturally relevant services and the use of state of the art technology.
